USDA has frozen the current round of the Coronavirus Food Assistance Program. It is because of executive orders signed by President Biden, freezing many actions of the previous administration.
USDA says that it will not make payments until further notice.
You can still apply, but your application will not be processed and no payments will be made if you are waiting on them. The department says that it is working with the administration to take additional steps to bring pandemic relief to the ag sector.
