Companies can now develop better food products thanks to University of Georgia’s food science center

Food science and technology is ever-evolving, and an internationally recognized center in a southern state is dedicated to the cutting-edge science and innovation in the industry.

Dr. Jim Gratzek, Director of the UGA Food Product Innovation and Commercialization Center in Griffin, Georgia joined RFD-TV’s Tammi Arender about the role the center plays in assisting farmers.
