Country music star Mae Estes is helping spread mental health awarness through the love of horses

In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, an annual campaign is highlighting the postive impact horsees can have in helping those with depression or anxiety in rural America, improving mental health and well-being.

Rising country music star, Mae Estes is now a 2025 Seen Thru Horses Campaign Ambassador.

Mae stopped by the studio and spoke with RFD-TV’s Suzanne Alexander on her love of horses and dealing with mental health.
