The Dairy Calf and Heifer Association is looking for applicants for its 2020 scholarships.
Through the program, the DCHA invests in dairy’s future and offers support for students focused on careers in the agriculture industry.
“Education is the backbone to fostering a successful and sustainable dairy industry,” DCHA board president T.J. McClure. “Today’s students are tomorrow’s producers, veterinarians, advisers and consultants.”
The annual scholarship is worth $1,000 and is available to any who is at least one year out of high school studying at an accredited college or university. It is open until Feb. 20, 2020 and the winner will be announced at the DCHA’s annual conference in April.
