East Coast farmers battle the nor’easter

Farmers along the East Coast are hoping for relief from the nor’easter.

It has blanketed farms from central Appalachia to New England, and will end tomorrow.

People are waking up to anywhere from one to two feet of snow.

Snow is also expected to swing across the northern and center Rockies today, with more than six inches of snow likely in Utah, western Colorado, and Wyoming.

Farmers never stop, and it is true even for a snow storm.

Harrison Bardwell posted a picture of him plowing snow on his tractor, saying, “The other side of farm life. Long night! #nor’easter #WinterStormGail.”
