EPA Admin. Regan weighs in on the current Waters of the U.S. Rule

EPA Administrator Michael Regan is in the hot seat before the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works today.

He is there for a hearing on his agency’s proposed budget for next year. As many people suspected, Regan was asked about the current WOTUS rule.
