EU Trade Chief says that Biden’s EV tax credit could discriminate against manufacturers

Europe is firing a warning shot about the Biden administration’s desire for electric vehicle credits.

The original plan was in the Build Back Better agenda, but Democrats have said that they will parcel out the climate portions of that bill, including billions of dollars in ag.

Canada has said that the tax credits would violate USMCA and it could launch a trade war.
