According to the American Farm Bureau Federation, China is lacking in its purchases of American agriculture. The trade deal between the two countries projected a total of $14.5 billion dollars; AFBF says that the current rate would only equate to $10-11 billion dollars. President Trump is assuring farming that China is buying and will live up to the deal.
