Farm country is facing various weather woes ahead of #Plant24

Spring planting is close to gearing up and producers all across farm country are experiencing various weather conditions that could cause delays.

The Corn Belt is facing abnormal to moderate drought levels. The Southern Plains are at risk for wildfires with wind gusts expected up to 50 miles per hour.

The National Weather Service says that any fires that ignite will spread rapidly and become difficult to control.
Additionally, the Midwest is encountering cooler-than-normal temperatures, prompting freeze warnings to be issued.
