Election polls show former VP Joe Biden ahead in the 2020 run for the White House, but President Trump stills holds favor with rural voters. That is according to Farm Journal’s pulse poll.
The survey shows “if” the election were today, 82 percent of more than 1,500 farmer respondents say they would vote for President Trump. Thirteen percent say they would vote for Biden and 5 percent remain undecided.
In a second poll, after Biden named Sen. Kamala Harris as his running mate, nine percent says she makes them more likely to vote for Biden.
According to Farm Journal, the President’s approval rating in their pulse poll has remained in a range of 75-80 percent for the past year.
