FCSA: “For the first time in several years, we’re actually seeing farmland values start to stabilize”

Farmland values have stabilized in several states, with benchmark values ticking up slightly. However, many are now wondering what impact higher interest rates and tighter margins will have moving forward.

Tim Koch with Farm Credit Services of America spoke with RFD-TV’s own Suzanne Alexander on the main highlights, specific state benchmarks, and what producers should keep in mind.
