The President of Nurtition of Livestock Nutrition Center, Ronnie Castlebury, took full responsbility in a statement on Tuesday.
“We take this seriously and are working with the State Department of Agriculture in Oklahoma and Kansas, and the FDA, to get to the root cause of the problem. Our deepest sympathies go out to Mr and Mrs. Bennie and Rhett Beutler, and everyone affected by the recent tragic event at their ranch. The loss of so many animals is devastating.”
Beutler & Son remained the primary stock contractor for this past weekend’s Elk City Rodeo of Champions in Oklahoma. The rodeo was won on Black Kat in the bareback riding, Long Ago in saddle bronc riding, and Moody Muley in bull riding.
