After review, the Fish and Wildlife Service found enlist herbicides to be relatively safe for endangered species.
The agency is proposing the removal of most county-level restrictions as it found the chemicals are not likely to jeopardize the existence of any listed species or hurt their habitats.
County-level restrictions would be completely removed in Arizona, Colorado, New York, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina.
