From Hollywood to Music City: Taylor Hicks discusses and performs his new single “Porch Swing”

Some may recognize Taylor Hicks as the American Idol Season 5 winner in 2006. The Grammy-winning artist just debuted his new single, “Porch Swing,” marking his first official single release in 14 years.

He stopped by the Roy Rogers Studio to talk with RFD-TV’s own Suzanne Alexander about his time on American Idol, new music, and his Armed Forces Entertainment tour of the Middle East.

He also stuck around to perform “Porch Swing.”
