Great Smoky Mountains Cowboy, John Morgan stops by the studio to perform his new single “Man of Few Words”

John Morgan hails from the Great Smoky Mountains of North Carolina. He is a Grammy-nominated songwriter behind some big hits for Jason Aldean, like “If I Didn’t Love You.”

He stopped by Roy Rogers Studio to talk with RFD-TV’s own Suzanne Alexander about his Opry debut, his North Carolina roots, and writing for Jason Aldean.

He also stuck around to perform his new single “Man of Few Words.”
