Growing Support: More farmers and firefighters join Dutch farmer protest

Support across Europe is growing for Dutch farmers, as they protest strict climate rules that reduce nitrogen use.

A video on Twitter reportedly shows German farmers clogging up a bridge with their tractors, and a separate video on TikTok shows Dutch firefighters joining the fray.

Farmers say the government is more interested in stealing their land than they are in reducing nitrogen. One farmer was quoted as saying, “we want to turn our government back to reality.”
