A study by Dairy Max shows high school students saw almost 4 percent improvement in weight lifting after adding milk to their nutrition routine. The study says drinking chocolate milk 30 minutes after a workout replenishes, repairs, and rehydrates the body. Plus athletes benefit from the 8 grams of protein in milk compared to the carbohydrate only make-up of sports drinks.
