Highest Since 1968: Recent rainfall led to record water levels and flooded farms in Arkansas

Recent rainfall has left many Arkansas farms flooded.

Many are saying that it is the highest water on their land since 1968. Damage assessments and days of work are ahead for cattlemen and row croppers alike.
