The Biden Administration has released its Green Book, outlining tax increases to pay for its budget proposal. Farmers are now speculating over the provisions and how they might impact their operations.
Clifton Larson Allen’s Paul Neiffer spoke with RFD-TV’s Janet Adkison about what is in the proposal and what his main thoughts are on the changes, if there is anything that farmers need to keep in mind and if it will become law.
