How will ARC and PLC be impacted by the One Big Beautiful Bill?

President Trump’s One Big Beautiful Bill has made its way to the Senate after passing in the House. Part of the bill includes an increase in reference prices, leaving many wondering how ARC and PLC payments might be impacted.
