HPAI detected in a third commercial duck flock in Indiana

Just this morning, a third commercial duck flock has tested presumptive-positive for HPAI in north-central Indiana.

The Indiana State Board of Animal Health established a six-mile control area for 6,500. The control area does extend across the Michigan line.

So far, more than 17,000 ducks have been affected in the state. Indiana is a leading producer of poultry, eggs, and poultry products.
