Rep. Eugene Vindman of Virginia joins the House Ag Committee: “I’m ready to get to work”

“I may be new to agriculture but I’m not new to getting my hands dirty... I’m the only member of the Ag Committee from Virginia.”

With the 119th Congress now in place, there are a number of lawmakers who will help influence the future of ag policy, including Congressman Eugene Vindman of Virginia who has been appointed to the U.S. House Agriculture Committee.

Rep. Vindman spoke with RFD-TV’s own Tammi Arender on his background, his main policy priorities, and passing a new Farm Bill.
