Justin Wilson Eazy Cookin': Cheese Hamburger Grits

We have another amazing recipe from Mr. Justin Wilson!

Serves 8-10


  • 1 pound of ground beef chuck
  • 1 cup of regular grits
  • 5 cups of water
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons of salt
  • Louisiana hot sauce to taste
  • Worcestershire sauce to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • Garlic powder to taste


Mix all the ingredients together in a large saucepan and cook until the grits are firm, or the way you like them

Then put the mixture in the top of a double broiler, cover, and cook for about one hour on low heat.
