Justin Wilson’s Cheesy Hamburger Grits
Cheesy Cajun Hamburger Grits

A Southern comfort classic! Justin Wilson’s cheesy hamburger grits blend beef, cheddar, and bold seasoning for a hearty, flavorful meal.
Servings: 8-10
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour, 20 minutes
Total Time: 1 hour, 30 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 lb. of ground beef chuck
- 1 cup of regular grits
- 5 cups of water
- 2 1/2 teaspoons of salt
- Louisiana hot sauce to taste
- Worcestershire sauce to taste
- 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- Garlic powder to taste
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a large saucepan and cook until the grits are firm, or the way you like them.
- Put the mixture on the top of a double broiler, cover, and cook for about one hour on low heat.
