Justin Wilson Eazy Cookin': Fresh lamb patties

We have another amazing recipe from Mr. Justin Wilson!

Serves 6


  • 2 pounds of ground lamb
  • 1/2 cup dried parsley
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon of white creme de menthe
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon picante sauce
  • Cayenne pepper to taste
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • Olive oil


Mix the lamb and parsley together in a large bowl with your hands. In a small bowl, beat the salt, onion powder, creme de menthe, garlic powder, picante sauce, and cayenne together with the egg real well. Add the lamb, mix thoroughly by hand, and form into six patties.

Heat a generous coating of olive oil in a large frying pan. Fry several patties at a time until cooked the way you like them.

Drain on paper towl.
