Justin Wilson Looking Back: Coleslaw Dressing

Makes 2 Cups

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups of mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons Durkee’s Famous Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of horseradish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of Louisiana hot sauce or cayenne pepper, or as much as you like
  • 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce

Instructions:

Mix together the mayonnaise, Durkee’s, and horseradish. Add the olive oil and beat until the original consistency of the mayonnaise returns.

Add the garlic powder and salt and mix well. Add the hot sauce and Worcestershire and mix well.

Add the lemon juice and mix really well. Add to slaw and toss to coat evenly.
