Kansas man charged with 32 separate felonies in cattle rustling case

A Kansas man has been charged with 32 separate felonies for theft and illegal sale of cattle.

Jordan Marx, 35, allegedly stole nine head between Nov. 3 and 10. They were sold on Dec. 1.

According to court records, 35-year-old Jordan Marx had taken the cattle from his boss without permission and sold them at livestock exchange in Holton. Marx told investigators he had legally purchased the cattle, according to News Channel Nebraska.

He is scheduled for arraignment on April 27.
