Kenny Chesney is bringing his album and tour No Shoes Nation to life.

He says his Here and Now 2022 Tour is “loud, but there’s something more to it.” He has teamed up with global sandal leader REEF to create a special edition No Shoes Reefs sandal. It will help support Pigeon Key Marine Science Camps, which teaches young people about the ocean, coral reefs, and marine life, according to Essential Broadcast Media.

“They share so many of the same core values I do when it comes to ocean conservation. I’ve worn these sandals for years. When they wanted to work with us through No Shoes Reefs, I was delighted to have them become part of this work that’s been so focused on local projects,” said Chesney.

REEF president Mike Jensen says he is always looking to partner with people who share the same outlook of the world as they do.

“Kenny Chesney is not just an incredible recording artist and live performer, he’s a dynamic advocate for local organizations working to create a better ocean community,” Jensen said.

When concertgoers attend the tour, they can scan a QR code that directs them to REEF‘s website, and 30 percent of the proceeds go to No Shoes Reefs’ Pigeon Key Project.
