Legacy of Cheese: from an 1800’s dairy to hand-crafted cheese

It is National Cheese Lover’s Day!

To celebrate, we head to Utah, where Heber Valley Artisan Cheese is the result of what began with their first dairy cow in the late 1800’s. Today, the herd produces hand-crafted cheese sold in their shop.
