Let’s take a visit to Louisiana’s first and only water buffalo dairy operation

Not too far from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, in a town called Saint Francisville, you might be surprised to find the state’s first and only water buffalo dairy.
This Week in Louisiana Agriculture takes us to what is known as Bayou Sarah’s Farm.
