Man charged in killing of Wisconsin brothers now faces federal cattle fraud charges

As we have previously reported, the Missouri man who was charged with the killing of Justin and Nicholas Diemel was facing multiple other charges in relation to the crime.

As of May 18th, he now faces federal charges of cattle fraud.

Garland Nelson allegedly murdered the brothers over a cattle scheme worth more than $200,000 dollars. Nelson shot the Diemel brothers when they attempted to collect the debt, according to the indictment.
