National Corn Growers Association release their plans for 2021

The National Corn Growers Association is looking to grind more of the grain this year.

The group released its goals for the year. Their goals include:

  • Increasing demand for U.S. animal ag exports

  • Supporting research on corn and its co-product use within animal feed

  • Looking for new and existing industrial corn uses

  • Supporting the development of trade policy that opens up markets

  • Partnering with the U.S. grain council on a “trade school,” where they can have trade conversations with members of Congress

  • It also includes a virtual program that focuses on issues that impact cattle producers
