The National Corn Growers Association is looking to grind more of the grain this year.
The group released its goals for the year. Their goals include:
Increasing demand for U.S. animal ag exports
Supporting research on corn and its co-product use within animal feed
Looking for new and existing industrial corn uses
Supporting the development of trade policy that opens up markets
Partnering with the U.S. grain council on a “trade school,” where they can have trade conversations with members of Congress
- It also includes a virtual program that focuses on issues that impact cattle producers
