NCBA offers progress report on HAULS Act

Cattle producers are making progress on the HAULS Act. A group of Senators has agreed to add the “Backend 150-Air Miles Exemption” to the Surface Transportation bill, which will give livestock haulers more flexibility in their hours of service.

Allison Rivera with the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association speaks with RFD-TV’s own Tammi Arender on recent developments, hurdles having hours of service regulations, and what the future holds for the measure.
