“Needs Resolution Immediately": AFBF weighs in on CA’s Prop 12 being delayed for six months

A California judge recently halted the implementation of Prop 12. The law now will not take effect until six months after the state publishes the final rules.

The American Farm Bureau says that the ruling highlights the need for a Supreme Court review.
