New legislation looks to place the Food For Peace Program under USDA’s umbrella

New legislation has been introduced in an effort to move the Food For Peace international food assistance program under the USDA.

Senator Jerry Moran of Kansas spoke with RFD-TV’s own Tammi Arender on the program’s objective, why USDA is a better fit, and the next steps.
