No “Silver Bullet Fix": STB proposing to amend its emergency service regulations

In an effort to provide relief for rail shippers, the Surface Transportation Board is proposing to amend its emergency service regulations. While many ag groups support the changes, they say that it is not a “silver bullet fix”.
