Improving nutrition is a goal for many consumers. A non-profit corporation is funding research on the positive impact of soybeans for human health, which in turn helps build demand for farmers across the country.

Nutrition Institute Global’s CEO, Julie Ohmen spoke with RFD-TV’s Janet Adkison about their mission, some examples of recent research they have supported, and how they work to benefit U.S. soybean farmers and the industry.
