Speculation continues to loom as residents across the country received suspicious, unsolicited packages of seed.
Doug Goehring, the North Dakota Ag Commissioner and National Association of State Departments of Agriculture President, says he is hearing there are different types of seeds that have come different places, but most appear to have come from China.
According to Goehring, 32 states in the U.S. as well as other countries have received the packages.
Officials say the seeds may be invasive and should not be planted. However, they should be held on to for testing.
