Besides being a comedian and musician, Charles Esten is known for his portrayal as Deacon Claybourne on the hit show, Nashville.

During his On The Record episode, he tells the story of how he eventually would take his character’s puppy home with him.

On The Record airs Friday nights at 8:30 PM ET on RFD-TV, the RFD-TV Now App, and our YouTube channel.
