Many might be feeling unsure about the supply chain this year. A Minnesota farmer has been preparing his operation.
Blair Hoseth is a crop and livestock producer and says he has been working to duplicate his machinery. He tells Brownfield Ag News he has doubled up on harvest and tillage equipment to help protect his operation from supply chain issues.
He says if one goes down, there is always a back-up. Despite all this, he says there is still optimism among farmers in his areas especially after a good harvest.
