Pass the Farm Bill: Survey shows strong support for ag legislation

Pass the farm bill! That’s the overwhelming opinion of people surveyed by the American Farm Bureau.

Almost three-quarters of those asked say not reauthorizing the bill this year would have a significant impact on the country. More than half said they would be more likely to support their congressmen if they vote for it.

The top priorities for the bill among those surveyed are risk management and nutrition programs.
