A Pennsylvania man reeled in a 40-pound fish on Lake Erie last week.
According to the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission, Nick Lohrer caught the fish and sent photos to the commission.
The fish, which is a Bigmouth Buffalo, was 40 inches long and 28 inches girth. Bigmouth Buffalo’s the largest member of the suckerfish family and can live to be up to 110 years old.
Bigmouth Buffaloes are endangered so Lohrer released the fish after snapping a few pictures.
