President Trump invited several small business owners to the White House to talk about the Paycheck Protection Program. One of these owners, Tony Stafford, spoke with RFD-TV’s own Tammi Arender on how the PPP has allowed his business to stay afloat.
Stafford stated, “Getting the PPP was great; it gives me a little bit of breathing room; it gets me the ability to get a plan together to get my employees back...”
Stafford goes on to say that it may be until June 10th before he can reopen the doors and have customers fill seats. Another small business owner said that they were able to take advantage of the Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL).
