President Biden hinted towards an announcement last week during a speech in Los Angeles saying, “we need to keep working to bring it down.”
The President did not offer further details on the announcement, and the White House has not commented.
His remarks come as gas prices trend upward after OPEC+ said it will dramatically cut oil output next month.
