President Trump says Mexico will get a 90-day extension on tomorrow’s tariff deadline.

In a post to Truth Social just moments ago, Trump says he spoke with Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum. He says the conversations went well and notes the situation with Mexico is different from other countries.

He has agreed to extend the tariff deadline for 90 days. Mexico will continue to pay an across-the-board 25 percent due to continuing concerns regarding the fentanyl crisis, 25 percent on cars, and 50 percent on steel, aluminum, and copper.
