Questions About the Next Half: Farmland market experienced fewer sales in the second quarter of 2023

The farmland market experienced fewer sales and few, if any, new record prices in the second quarter of year.
That is due to cautious buying, which resulted from economic conditions and is expected to continue into the third quarter.
