Recovery efforts underway as Kansas fire takes cattle and miles of crop

Kansas ranchers are still picking up the pieces from last week’s weather events, that is if there are any pieces left to pick up.

Strong derecho-style winds made fires spread through wheat fields and pastures, and several herds of cattle were unable to escape the inferno.

Farmer and sales agronomist, Matt McCune caught up with a couple of people aiding in the recovery efforts.
