Rep. Dye: USMCA a “Good Deal”

Democrats want more changes to environment and labor provisions. As we previously reported - President Trump cast doubt about getting a vote in Congress, but U.S. Trade Representative Lighthizer maintains it will be passed.
Washington State Representative Mary Dye calls the agreement “a good deal” adding the ag industry will benefit once it is approved. Dye notes many northwest commodities will benefit under the USMCA, including wheat and dairy.
