We want to take a minute now to reflect on a good friend of RFD-TV and cattle producers across the country.
Today, we mourn the loss of Ed Czerwein of CZ Cattle Market Analytics in Amarillo, Texas.
Ed was a long-time contributor to Market Day Report, providing insight on beef and cattle markets from the upper Midwest down through the plains and New Mexico. He was previously a market news reporter for USDA, but continued to watch and report on the cattle markets through his retirement.
His dedication went another step further, as he consistently shared that information with farm broadcasters in stations across the country.
Ed suffered from ALS and passed away this week.
