A federal court in Alabama has ruled the Corporate Transparency Act unconstitutional, but only for certain businesses. It is a move that is already confusing ag entities.

Roger McEowen with the Washburn School of Law joined us in the studio with some guidance. He talked to RFD-TV’s Suzanne Alexander about why is was ruled unconstitutional, how it could affect farmers, and what information farmers need to know.

He also stuck around to look at some recent cases involving farm lease law and property damages.
