As lawmakers meet with constituents during the August recess the American Farm Bureau is urging producers to speak out in support of Rural Broadband Legislation.
The Broadband Data Improvement Act boosts connections in rural areas more farmers are using precision ag, and higher speeds can help enhance weather predictions, soil data, and equipment GPS. AFBF executive, Mike Sistak, encourages producers to tell their story to representatives because they know better than anyone, what they need in a rural broadband bill.
